Remember that KE is determined by the variables mass and speed. Increasing either of the two will increase KE. THIS ONLY HOLDS UP TO A CERTAIN POINT THOUGH. Making your arrow too heavy will start degrade speed, meaning at a certain weight, your speed will decrease to such an extent that it will carve away your KE. Increase speed using lighter arrows, increased draw, increased poundage.
